Wedding Photography Timeline: 12pm Ceremony, No First Look

A 8-hour starting plan built around a 12pm ceremony without a first look. Change any input below; the schedule is a sample, not a promise that every venue runs on these timings.

Build a sample timeline

Adjust the ceremony and coverage. Add the venue's sunset time to check whether photo slots run into low light. This sample uses default durations; refine the real plan for your venue and family list.

Example coverage: 10:00 am–6:00 pm. Sunset is not estimated automatically here; enter the time for your wedding date and venue to check it.

What this example assumes

The sample uses a 30-minute ceremony, four starter family groupings, and default travel and portrait slots. Without a first look, family and couple portraits compete for the time after the ceremony. Change the inputs above, then replace the defaults with your couple's actual answers.

Check the light and coverage

At 12pm, sunset may be before or after the ceremony depending on date and location. Enter the venue's sunset time in the tool. The light warning only uses the time you enter; also account for travel, shade and weather. If a photo block falls outside the selected 8-hour window, extend coverage or revise the plan.
